Experienced Lathe and Mill Set-up
Required Skills: Knowledge of CNC equipment with FANUC controls for Lathes or Mills, knowledge of Gibbs Solidcam, editing of machine programs, Multi-axis experience, ability to read prints, problem solving, training, people and organizational skills.
Job Description: Quick, efficient and accurate set-up jobs on CNC equipment, monitor programs and processes, will probably require operation of machines, instructing operators on machining and checking procedures, optimizing programs after machine is set-up and before turning job over to operator.
Experienced Lathe and Mill Operators (FANUC Controlled)
Required Skills: Operational experience on FANUC controlled machining centers, reading and updating routers, and basic knowledge of tolerance and quality inspection procedures.
Job Description: Operation of CNC Lathe and Mill, load and unload parts, check machine operation, maintain accurate part counts, check tolerances, update routers, may also require de-burring of parts, may operate more than one machine at a productive rate, produce quality parts and report any abnormal situations, including wrecks, incorrect programs, incorrect, routers or incorrect process sheets.
Experienced Programmer using GIBBS CAD CAM
Required Skills: Problem solving capabilities and mechanical perception required. Knowledge of machine processes, machine methodology, fixtures and tooling, accurate and organized data management skills
Job Description: Create and modify CNC programs, create drawings, maintain set-up and tool sheets and designs, process job requirements, providing accurate description and training of part loading and unloading.
Shipping and Receiving
Required Skills: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, operate a forklift
Job Description: Packing and securing parts for delivery, make sure all parts have proper paper work, loading Semi Truck and One ton Truck for delivery that day or the next.
CDL Semi Driver- Part Time
Required Skills: Must have CDL Class A License, good driving record (no tickets within the last 2 years), organizational and people skills, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, operate a forklift
Job Description: Delivering parts to customers in a timely and efficient manner, no overnight or out of state runs.
