Our facility is equipped with state of the art CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, optical inspection equipment, CMM, and a wide variety of supporting equipment and tools. More importantly, we have an excellent team of machinists available and ready to tackle your next project.

Prototyping Services

There are many variables that go into a successfully manufactured part or assembly. From material selection, to design, wrong choices can make or break a prototyping project. Our mechanical design support includes: material selection, design for manufacturability (DFM), R&D and reverse engineering services.

Production Machining

Aside from our extensive equipment list, our flexibility makes us a valuable partner. We welcome jobs of all sizes, from one machined part to a production run of precision parts.

Secondary Machining Processes

If you are in need of secondary machining or parts finishing, we can accommodate most requirements. Either in-house, or using our network of trusted partners we can deliver parts with any number of finishes or treatments, such as heat treatment or coatings. Whether you need parts finishing for visual appeal, or to increase their durability, we can produce your machined parts exactly as you need them.
